The staff were doing the best they could in a flawed situation. Accepting walk ins on top of bookings on a Saturday night made for absolute chaos. Service was slow, hot dogs and milkshake was unavailable.

Server was good, but venue seemed understaffed and found the experience unenjoyable, we only stayed as we had a child who had never been to TGi and was excited but in the end was not a great experience. Please thank Ryan for his fantastic service. I booked a table for 5 yesterday for 3. The food was delayed and he kept us fully informed as to the reason why and when we could expect yo be served.

He kept on ensuring we were alright for drinks! Lisa and Anthony are amazing and made me and my friends feel very very welcome. Will definitely be coming back again. Always a pleasure to eat here.

Staff are generally very attentive, food is always good, however sometimes the music is a little on the loud side which can be annoying when trying to have a conversation.. The seats were very sticky and somewhat grubby last night, could have done with a good scrub down. Our waiter was very good very attentive and great fun. It was my daughters birthday and she was made to feel special. Glad we booked in advance as people in front had to wait 45mins I went to TGT's yesterday with 3 friends and I was disappointed.

The service was poor, we had to wait an hour for our mains and further 20 mints for the 1st of the desert but we did not receive the 4th desert for another 20 mins. It was not very busy for a Tuesday well plenty of staff to cope. We also felt that the food was not to par with the chocolate fixation being just about lukewarm. It is one of my favourites restaurants to visit but the services has recently decorated and last night was exceptionally poor. We came to celebrate my daughters birthday.
